Andrew K. Rayburn is the CEO and President of Buckeye Relief, a level 1 cannabis cultivator and processor in Eastlake, OH. Buckeye Relief also owns and operates Amplify dispensaries in Cleveland Heights, Bedford, and Columbus, Painesville Township, and Eastlake. Before founding Buckeye Relief, Rayburn was Owner of Big Game Capital, a private investment firm that provided financial capital and operational, hands-on leadership with equity interests in the 2016 NBA Championship franchise the Cleveland Cavaliers, two minor league baseball teams, and the 10,000 Lakes Music Festival, among other investments. Previously, Mr. Rayburn was President and Owner of Flexalloy Inc., an industrial distribution company, that he took control of in 1981 with 20 people in two cities. Flexalloy expanded to 400 people in 13 cities and Rayburn sold it in 1999.

Mr. Rayburn is a native of Northeast Ohio where all of his companies have been headquartered. His strategies have always centered on intense customer focus and innovative working cultures that offer opportunity and a highly desirable workplace.

He and his wife, Heather, also founded the human fund, a philanthropic entity that supports arts and music in Cleveland schools.
