Sasha Kadey is the Founder and CEO of Small Circle, a strategy and creative agency that helps founders and operators build brands that drive differentiation, growth, and enterprise value. Small Circle partners with teams in competitive and highly regulated sectors including consumer packaged goods, beverage, retail, emerging categories, and cannabis to architect brand systems and go-to-market strategies that function as business infrastructure rather than decoration.
Before founding Small Circle, Sasha served as Chief Marketing Officer of a leading ancillary cannabis company, helping scale revenue from approximately $60M to over $200M in annual revenue and leading the organization through a NASDAQ IPO. During his tenure he developed proprietary brands and retail concepts that became benchmarks within the industry.
Earlier in his career, Sasha was a founding partner at Luxury Brand Partners, where he helped launch multiple prestige beauty brands, several of which were acquired by Estée Lauder, L’Oréal, and Kao. Across more than two decades of building and scaling brands, he brings a blend of culture fluency, operational rigor, and creative strategy to every engagement.
