Emilie has spent most of her professional career in both the adult-use and medical cannabis industries. She possesses extensive expertise in dispensary management, regulatory compliance, and cannabis processing to empower consumers and patients with safe, quality-driven access to products that enhance their well-being. Emilie serves as the Vice President of Business and Government Affairs for BeneLeaves––a minority and women-owned licensed cannabis processing company headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, built to FDA regulatory standards. Emilie also serves as a member of the Education Committee for NCIA and actively advocates for the cannabis industry at the local, state, and national levels.
