David Todd is a cultivation systems specialist with extensive experience optimizing controlled environment cannabis production. As GrowGeneration’s VP of Enterprise Solutions, he leads technical operations, product integration, and cultivation strategy across the company’s national portfolio, guiding growers, and enterprise clients toward scalable, high-performance systems. Rooted in formal engineering education, he applies a first-principles approach to cultivation problems. Since entering the licensed cannabis sector in 2017, David has supported national teams, multi-state operators, and partner brands through assessments, system conversions, integrations, and ongoing optimization to minimize risk, enhance consistency, and deliver strong ROI. He drives testing and refinement of GrowGeneration’s private-label brands—including Drip Hydro, CharCoir, PowerSi, Dialed In, and ION Lighting—while contributing to product development, technical training, and data-driven advisory frameworks. David provides national technical leadership, equipping GrowGeneration personnel and partners with real-time guidance, education, and tools to standardize best practices. He is the founder of Terra Australis, a licensed cultivation and consulting firm in Oregon.
