Chad Salute is the National Head of Cultivation at iAnthus and has been a leader in the controlled environment cultivation space since the late 1990s. He oversees cultivation operations across Florida, New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts, building high performing teams and scalable cultivation systems that deliver craft quality flower.

Before joining iAnthus, Chad led cultivation operations for Maven Genetics and Kush Alley. In his role Chad produced award winning cultivars across premier competitions that include: High Times, Emerald Cup, Zalympix, Transbay, Farmers Cup, and the Nugg Awards. His expertise includes aliging genetic selection, terpene expression targets and establishing cultivation strategies. Chad also advances commercial cultivation through energy efficient facility design and incentive programs that improve long term viability without compromising product integrity.
