Brendon Robinson is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mudd Brothers Cannabis Co., one of New Jersey’s most respected cannabis brands, and the Co-Founder and Chairman of the New Jersey Cannabis Chamber of Commerce (NJC3), which is the state’s leading industry organization uniting operators, entrepreneurs, institutions, and policymakers.
As CEO of Mudd Brothers Cannabis Co., Brendon has helped build one of the first Black-owned cannabis brands in New Jersey into a statewide operation carried in more than 100 dispensaries. Known for its authenticity, quality, and grassroots approach, Mudd Brothers has earned strong loyalty from both consumers and budtenders by staying true to its identity as a New Jersey born brand, built by NJ natives that grew up together and are living their dreams.
In parallel, Brendon serves as Chairman of the New Jersey Cannabis Chamber of Commerce, where he plays a central role in shaping the direction of New Jersey’s cannabis industry. Under his leadership, NJC3
has become a powerful convener, hosting high-impact events, facilitating strategic partnerships, and creating rooms where real business, industry discussion, and collaboration happen. His work through the Chamber focuses on professionalizing the industry, strengthening operator relationships, and ensuring sustainable, inclusive market growth.
Beyond his leadership roles at Mudd Brothers and NJC3, Brendon is also the Co-Founder of Minority Cannabis Academy, the first Black-owned adult learning academy for cannabis in the Tri-State area. Through this platform, he has led workforce development, restorative-justice initiatives, and built career-placement programs designed to expand access and this program has graduated more than 150 minorities from disenfranchised communities.
Brendon has been featured in High Times Magazine, Benzinga, Yahoo Finance, NJBiz, Honeysuckle Magazine, and Northleaf Magazine, and is frequently invited to speak on cannabis entrepreneurship, leadership, brand strategy, and market development.
