He has, among other things, substantial relationships with the C-Suite of the world’s leading cannabis operators and a broad range of family offices, venture capital firms, private equity investors and credit providers investing in the cannabis industry. Previously Jeffrey was a Senior Managing Director and Head of Capital Compliance at the merchant bank BHC Capital Partners and a Senior Partner at the international law firm Mayer Brown LLP, where he was recognized as one of the leading banking attorneys in the world.
