SSC operates as a joint venture between Solidum Capital Advisors LLC (Solidum), which Brian founded in 2017, and Stoic Advisory (founded by Aaron Salz in 2016). SSC represents many of the larger public MSO’s in the cannabis space as well as many single and multi-state private cannabis companies, and lenders/lessors in the space, including Cresco Labs, Curaleaf, Ascend Wellness, Curio Wellness, Acreage, IIPR, Aventine and Greenlight Cannabis, among others.

While at Grassroots, Brian focused on finance, strategy, capital markets, investor relations, and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to forming Solidum in 2017, Brian spent over 20 years in investment management, primarily investing in fixed income and equity assets via hedge funds, private equity, and discretely managed funds.
